urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will

regard your inquiry priority.

2. Can you do the design for us ?

Yes. We have a professional team who have rich experience in designing and manufacturing.

Just pls tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect design.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files.

Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us your idea.

We will send you renderings for confirmation.

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing ?

PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG ( more than 300 DPI )

4. How can I get a sample to check your quality ?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
We will charge for the sample cost and freight collected .

But the sample cost can be refunded after order confirmation .

5. How long can I expect to get the sample ?

The samples will be ready for delivery in 3~7 days after sample costs received

and drawing confirmed.

The samples will be sent to you via express.

You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

6. What about the lead time for mass production ?

The lead time is about 30~40 days. Generally speaking,

we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date

you would like to get the products at your country.

7. What is your terms of delivery ?

We accept EXW, FOB. You can choose the one which is the most convenient

or cost effective for you.

8. What is your packaging ?

The packaging are based on product characteristics.

What’s more,we will pack the goods according to different modes of transport.

Usually,we will protect the product with clear film then fix it in a standard

export carton with foam.

If you have special packaging requirements, we will do the packaging according

to the actual situation to meet your requirements.
